My name is Kate Potter, and I'm a certified life coach, behavior change specialist, health coach, mindfulness & wellbeing strategist, and personal trainer. I believe that at the core of any change or transformation is making the choice to do it out of love for ourselves. As someone with chronic illness who has made the journey from self-loathing and being significantly unhealthy, to loving life and feeling freedom in my healthy body, I know from personal experience what it can take to create the motivation to redefine how we see and treat ourselves.
My goal is to bring my clients to a place of self-love, self-confidence, and feeling free from the judgements and stories we tell ourselves.
I know taking the leap into transforming how we see and treat ourselves can be one of the hardest things ever. We get so used to living a certain way, that it's hard to imagine life any different.
But I promise you, there is another way to do this thing called "life." You can have the results you say you want, out of love for yourself. You can love your body without diet culture, or comparing it to an edited Instagram model. You are enough, you are beautiful, and you are worthy of feeling that way.
